Tiffany Staab

Our passion speaker is Tiffany Staab, a 29 year old mother of two, former college athlete and someone with an extensive family history of heart disease.  Come learn why Tiffany "Goes Red" as she shares her her heartwarming story and introduces her fellow Go Red For Women Heart Makeover Challengers, who with the help of the American Heart Association's BetterU Program and ProHealth Care have undergone 12 weeks of improving their diet and exercise to improve their heart health, for a panel discussion.

Joining the Makeover Challengers in their panel discussion is Dr. Cullinane, one of the experts in cardiology, fitness, and nutrition from ProHealth Care who has helped the women through their 12 week program.  Learn more about Dr. Cullinane and the rest of the team here and then come May 12th to hear how a healthy heart can be yours.
